On the event...

- An interactive event programme will be released to you via email by Monday, 1 November. Please keep this document as you will need it to access the Zoom links for each meeting!

- For registrations done on or after 1 November, you will receive your interactive programme shortly before the event start date

- Please do not forward or transfer your registration to another member. We ask all participants to take a quick moment to register with us

- Event schedule is based on Hong Kong local time (UTC +8)

- Please be reminded that all in-person participants are required to follow any COVID social distancing/mask wearing rules as requested by our host venue, in line with government directives.

- Ticket purchases at the door are subject to availability, dependent on restrictions as imposed by the venue operator.

- Tickets and 7th tradition donations are non-refundable. For those who wish to donate, you are free to make your contribution via the convention website or during the event. Don't worry if you are unable to do so when registering!
