「影像策展人培訓計劃」- 成果分享會

計劃簡介

本地專業的策展人才短缺，尤其是影像策展人，故光影作坊於2023年籌劃「影像策展人培訓計劃」，扶持對影像創造力及探討當下攝影與影像藝術的可能性為核心的年輕一代，致力發掘及培育有志於研究攝影 / 影像的新一代策展人。經過為期半年的訓練，六位學員在導師的帶領下，根據提案的具體實施步驟與時間規劃，進行有序的策展實施。每位學員之展覽均有不同的主題和觀點，觸及當代教育、性別、環境和生死等議題。他們所選之作品展示了當代年青人所關注的議題，並期望透過影像藝術，引發觀眾的思考和共鳴。

是次成果展覽為年青策展人的學習和成長見證，亦是展示各人對影像藝術之熱情、才華的機會。不論你是藝術愛好者、學生或是對攝影藝術及策展感興趣的人士，光影作坊誠摯地邀請您參觀他們的展覽。

成果分享會

學員會與各場地伙伴合作舉辦為期兩至四星期的展覽，展覽結束後將舉行「成果分享會」，屆時由六位學員及三位導師，分享並回顧整個計劃的成果及體驗，同時提供一個平台，讓參展的藝術家、策展人和觀眾一同分享各自的觀點、心得和交流，光影作坊誠邀所有對攝影、影像藝術或策展有興趣之人士參與。

Sharing Session of “Curatorship Incubation Programme for Len-based Arts”

“Curatorship Incubation Programme for Len-based Arts” organized by Lumenvisum aims to support the young curators in exploring the possibilities of contemporary photography. Six participants - Jammy Lee, Jeff Cheng, Erica T., Vanessa Lo, Ho Ka Ho, and Lau Tung Pui - are getting ready for their exhibitions to highlight their accomplishments following six months of mentorship. The exhibition of each participant explores a variety of social concerns, including gender, education, the environment, and life and death, through a variety of subjects and points of view. Through the visual arts, the chosen pieces hope to evoke thoughts and resonance in the audience, reflecting the youthful curator's interests.

Six young curators’ development is demonstrated by this exhibition, which also gives them a chance to share their talent and enthusiasm for len-based arts. We cordially invite you to the show, regardless of your background in art or photography—you might be a student, an artist, or just someone who enjoys both. The six shows will take place in various locations from May to June of 2024.

Six young curators will work together with their venue partners to plan their two- to four-week final shows. After all of the exhibitions are closed, a sharing session will be held. During this session, the young curators and three mentors will share their program-long experiences and results during the session. In addition, it will give the audiences, curators, and artists a forum on which to participate in conversations and exchange perspectives. We kindly invite everyone with an interest in visual arts, photography, or curating to attend this sharing session.
