在全球化但同時多極化的世界，國際視野更顯重要，但在相關的國際研究中發現，香港學生在此領域的態度與技能全球排名屬於末位級別，而報告亦發現此情況與家長的能力有一定關聯。此講座旨在幫助教育界來協助廣大家長，理順國際視野的概念和理解它的重要性，並能在日常生活中提升孩子的相關能力。

<h3></h3><h3>講座語言：廣東話 Presented in Cantonese</h3><h3></h3><h3>講者介紹</h3><p>     Eric Ng現任多元聯動的首席顧問, 擁有豐富的跨文化互動，協作，創新，與跨國市場開發的實戰經驗，亦同時對國際素養，跨群/跨文化能力等，有深入的研究并擁有相關的學歷和專業評估資格與經驗。他的職業生涯主要包括新產品開發、科研商品化，電子商務與市場推廣等領域，曾在來自美洲，歐洲，和香港的《財富》全球500強跨國企業擔任要職，亦曾成立並營運初創公司多年，負責香港，大中華地區以及亞太地區的多國業務。講座以研究報告和堅實理論作為基礎，再加上Eric的跨國跨文化實踐經驗，為大家呈現嶄新且豐富的内容。</p><p>     在此講座裏，Eric亦會分享他在培育孩子國際視野和跨群/跨文化能力時所遇到的挑戰與心得。</p><p></p><h3>如欲參加其他多元未來教育講座，請瀏覽以下連結：
