This is an opportunity to be coached by Elaine Ann, a UX industry practitioner with 20+ years of experience in New York, San Francisco, Silicon Valley and Hong Kong/China. She has worked with clients such as Google, Airbnb, Dropbox, Intel, BMW, HP and more.

About Elaine:
Elaine Ann is the Founder and Director of Kaizor Innovation, a strategic innovation consultancy that helps companies strategize, research, and define products and services for the Asia market. Clients range from multi-national and Asian companies, SMEs to Startups including Google, Airbnb, DropBox, BMW, Intel, HP etc. Prior to starting her own business, she is a veteran of the early dot-com era in the mid 90’s and has designed the User Experiences of some of the earliest Internet/technology businesses.
She recently started a Youtube channel about UX/Design Innovation. She interviews industry professionals from around the world about topics including Design Thinking, Design Entrepreneurship, and User Experience. The goal of the channel is to make design innovation knowledge more accessible for young people so that they are able to unleash their creative potential. Check out her Youtube Channel.
Elaine also trains executives and students on New Product/Services Innovation and User Experience. She is on the Advisory Board of Hong Kong Polytechnic University School of Design and Hong Kong Design Institute
She is one of the core organisers of IxDAHK Interaction Designers Association of Hong Kong and the association has expanded to 2000 members in the Facebook/Meetup group since 2006.
Elaine graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a BFA in Visual Communication Design and Masters in Interaction Design. She is also an EMBA alumni of the Cheung Kong Business School (Beijing) and Stanford Executive Education Design Thinking Bootcamp's alumni.
Born and raised in Hong Kong and having lived in the U.S for 12 years, Elaine’s bilingual, bi-cultural and international background helps students, executives and companies understand User Experience and Design Thinking across different cultures.
