讓我們從邊境起說香港的故事 — 由蓮塘口岸到大生圍

香港國際攝影節(HKIPF)是兩年一度的攝影展覽，致力於推廣香港攝影藝術文化。Hong Kong International Photo Festival (HKIPF) is a biennial photography exhibition dedicated to promoting photographic art and culture in Hong Kong.

隨著大灣區時代到臨，香港邊境禁區逐漸消失；中港漸趨融合，新界邊界越發模糊。在討論「中港邊界」的概念將如何被改寫之前，讓我們先瞭解這片邊境地區過去的人和事，鑑古知今。
旅程由即將開通、位處新界東北的蓮塘（香園圍）口岸開始，到新界西的漁塘村落與共生的候鳥棲息地大生圍結束。沿路眺望對岸的鋼光霧牆，在地想像未來的一帶一路，中港融合下的香港「新界」。
路線：粉嶺坪輋九記士多 →（經坪洋村上三鄉亭）→  噹噹山 → 香園圍  → 蓮塘口岸 → 打鼓嶺嶺英公立學校 → 古洞馬草壟 → 蠔殻圍 → 元朗大生圍
 帶路人：蔡旭威 John Choy（攝影師）、史嘉茵（「香村」創辦人）
報到時間：2019年4月27日 上午11時15分
報到地點：粉嶺火車站 C出口
解散地點：上水火車站
費用：會員 HKD 100；非會員 HKD 200（包含專車乘搭、保險等費用）

【帶路人介紹】
蔡旭威 John Choy
自由攝影師。1989年至2001年間先後為本港多家報館、雜誌社，以及政府新聞處攝影師。擅捕捉細節，發掘大城市鮮為人留意的角落和景觀，喜探索及嘗試不同的拍攝技巧及表達形式。 
2014年遷入當時尚未解封的邊境禁區村落，以第一身村民的視野去關懷及記錄這邊境大時代的虛與幻。

史嘉茵
香港演藝學院畢業，主修音響設計及音樂錄音，參與不少本地及海外舞台演出製作。 
非牟利藝術機構「空城計劃」創辦成員之一，推動利用香港的廢棄空間去進行文化活動，分別於2013及16年於新界坪輋舉行藝術節，與村民合作策劃在地藝術創作。
2018年創辦音樂組織「香村」www.fragrantvillage.com，以舉辦連結村落文化與環境之音樂計劃為主軸，誘發更多元的音樂活動，近期展覽有《有你有我有田有山有水有意》村校校歌展。
