教練學 (Coaching) 不是傳授方法的學問，而是可幫助你了解自己的現況，釐情自己的願景、目標和自己想成為怎樣的一個人，發掘自己的潛能，讓你自由表達自己，活出理想的人生！家長引用教練學做父母，可以清晰自己教養子女的目標，與子女建立平等尊重的關係，夥拍子女成為有力量的團隊，引導子女思考，啟發子女的潛能，一起創造非一般的成果。家長與子 女在教練的過程中，建立互信，增強自我了解，尤其是關於自身的價值觀和信念，並建立新的習慣和行為，朝向自己選擇的美好人生邁進！
