His passion project, the Ligh...t It Up Foundation, brings together a national community to re-educate our approach to health, nutrition, physical and emotional well-being. More than 10k people participated in the organization’s most recent event in Los Angeles.

We all wear masks to hide what is hidden within us—our wounds and our strengths—and that the practice of yoga and meditation can help us discover who we really are and what we really want to do in the world.
Keith has realized from traveling all over the world that people are suffering from the subtle paralysis that goes beyond the physical but the emotional and psychological paralysis that people tend to deal with on a daily basis. Through the practice we allow ourselves permission to observe and discover in order to have the transformation that we have been craving for our whole life.
The #KM59 philosophy is to work from the “inside-out” in order to truly transform the life circumstances that no longer serve you and your purpose.

It is scientifically proven that our non-verbal communication is exponentially more influential than our actual verbiage in what we are expressing to others.
What is your body saying? How do you physically show up in the world despite what your mouth is saying or your social media is depicting? These are the questions we will get real about answering.
This teaching focusing on the use of Yoga postures to empower the way you show up in your life. Your body holds your truth. Through a deep yoga practice you are able to cross-reference the information your body is holding with the ideas your mind is concurrently holding. Once you access that information you can make decisions about whether or not these ideas are serving you, or if it’s time to release and re-establish a new TRUE NORTH.

Most people have no idea just how much power exists in Words and Thoughts.
In this class we will learn to mindfully dissect your personal dictionary to see exactly how and why you define your words the way you do and examine the reality that is creating for you. Are they even your own definitions or were they defined by the people? This is a crucial and transformative process that will give you the ability to change the energy of your words and in turn, change your life. You can change your vocabulary in order to change your experience. Words that previously carried the energy of trauma or pain can be exchanged for words that carry the energy of healing and harmony.
