Good Lab 好單位 是香港首個社會創新基地。在Good Lab的共用工作空間 ，我們為創革者建立社群，透過學習、分享和社會實驗，推動創新意念的實踐。在Good Lab社會創新學院，我們 致力向民商官學各界推動社會創新教育和發展，培育跨界領袖，一起為社會問題共創解決方案。我們由香港7個社會創新平台共同發起，包括：對話體驗、香港社會創業論壇、創不同協作、社企民間高峰會、香港社會創投基金、仁人學社及言論自由行。－－－－－The Good Lab is Hong Kong’s first Social Innovation hub.We build a community of changemakers at our co-working spaces by providing learning programmes and experimentation opportunities for the development of innovative ideas.We ignite interest and encourage tri-sector collaboration to solve complex social and environmental problems through our Social Innovation Academy.We are founded by 7 key players in the Hong Kong social innovation ecosystem: Dialogue Experience, Hong Kong Social Entrepreneurship Forum, Make A Difference Institute, Social Enterprise Summit, Social Ventures Hong Kong, Education for Good and Solutions On Wheels.

「共享城市」講座特別場：不只共住，更是共生：台北玖樓的共生公寓
家家士多 x 好單位 x 香港中文大學社會創新研究中心　合辦
香港以至全球城市都在探討「共住」（co-living／co-housing）。共住是共享經濟的一個例子，形式多樣，但相同目的是建立社群，共享生活，互相支援。我們特邀台北「<A HREF="https://www.9floorspace.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">玖樓</A>」的兩位創辦人，分享他們如何把國際交換生、由南部北上的學生及商務旅客等串連一起，成為「玖樓」共生計劃一員，並了解他們如何透過商業營運，打破城市疏離感，達致共享及提升生活。

王維綱　Jerry
王維綱畢業於臺灣大學地理環境資源研究所，是玖樓共生公寓共同創辦人，推動台北的共生居住 (co-living) 文化。此外，他是「5% design action」執行團隊共同創辦人，推動臺北環境友善好餐廳、癌症篩檢與防治、兒童青少年教育創新等社會議題的再設計；他也是「社計事務所」專案經理，推動大型園區規劃與社區共好之經營管理顧問，以及臺灣教育部智慧生活整合性人才培育計畫經理，推動當地六所大學的社會創新人才培育。

柯伯麟　Spencer
柯伯麟畢業於臺灣大學政治學系，是玖樓共生公寓共同創辦人。他認為玖樓可讓更多的租屋者能用合理的價格在市區找到友善且有趣的住所。除此之外，他是「思為策略」社群行為與數據分析研究員，負責香港、臺灣、馬來西亞政經社群研究，常見報於風傳媒、端傳媒等網路媒體。
