私立専門学校の教務課で教員のマネージメントに従事するとともに、「７つの習慣」授業のプロジェクトリーダーとして１０年間教壇に立ち、授業数約１４００時間を実施、約１７００名の学生を指導してきたベテラン講師。退職後、現在も講師として指導を続けている傍ら、株式会社Matches&amp;Winsの国際人材開発マネージャーとして学校法人から企業向けの人格形成プログラムコンテンツを制作、提供しており、知識・スキル面だけでなく心理学と心のあり方の観点から両輪を駆使した、新人リーダー研修に力を入れている。また、長年の精神哲学の探求から、人生の転換期やビジネスのタイミングを天体の位置から導き出す学問も学び、現在多くの人々に指南役として講座を開催している。
