Concession tickets offer a discount for full-time students, seniors aged 65 or above, and persons with disabilities. Please remember to bring your valid ID (student card, senior ID, or disability card) to show at the training reception.
Pay HK$1,750 and submit a short appeal by 14 September. If you’re selected, you’re in! If not, we’ll notify you by 20 September and refund your fee automatically. (No action needed on your part.) If you need help, contact us anytime.
Yes, children aged 7–14 may attend free when accompanied by a registered adult. Spaces are limited, so please register early.
They are people who completed the 3-day VMC certificate course anywhere in the world. We also call them “returnees.”
Returnees are promoted to Level-2 status, unlocking access to advanced training at your own pace, support from experienced trainers, and opportunities to develop your skills and facilitation style. It’s a chance to deepen your practice, grow with the community, and enjoy a transformative weekend.
If you bring 3 new students who register at the Early Bird price, you can attend the training for free using the code VMCFREE. Just register with the code and we’ll contact you after to confirm details. It’s a great way to refresh your skills and share the experience with friends!
You can cancel by giving written notice to the organiser at least 7 days before training starts (by 17 Oct 2025) to get a refund. Cancellations after this are non-refundable but tickets can be transferred to someone else by contacting us.
If the event is cancelled, you’ll be notified promptly and refunded the full ticket price minus Eventbrite’s non-refundable service and processing fees.
Your ticket price includes Eventbrite’s fees, which are non-refundable. Refunds will generally be the ticket price minus these fees (approximately 5.99%). The organiser covers Eventbrite's fees when you purchase your ticket.
