Who can attend the Hong Kong Higher Education Expo?

Any student currently studying in the last two years of secondary school in Hong Kong and their parents.

I have registered, what do I do next?

You will receive an email with your digital tickets. Please download the QR code to your phone, as tickets will be scanned at the door.

What do I need to bring with me?

Please bring your school ID and your e-tickets. Every person requires their own ticket. We will be scanning the tickets (QR code) and school ID at the door.

Question 4

What is the best way to get to the Expo?

The roads near HKU are very narrow, so taking private cars is not advised. It is best to use public transportation. The closest exit to the Expo is MTR HKU Station Exit C1.

Question 5

How far in advance should we arrive?

There is no waiting area, please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before scheduled entry time. Doors will only be open at the start of the event.

What happens if there is typhoon?

In the event that the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Black Rainstorm Warning or a Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or higher), the Expo will be cancelled for safety reasons. Should this occur, we will notify you promptly via email.

Will there be food available for purchase?

Accepted Answer

Food and drinks are not allowed in the Expo Halls. However, there will be restaurants open at HKU for your convenience. Please visit the Expo website for more details.
