Our Whole-heartedly Crafted Retreat Program
Ayurveda is the key pillar of this retreat, with Vipassana meditation and Yoga therapy. We will practice noble silence throughout most of the time of this retreat for you to rest and reserve your energy in order to achieve clarity in life.
Our experiences based on key takeaways from previous retreat participants are that they feel a sense of clarity after the retreat and answers to their questions. We practice and honour “right action” and “right speaking” borrowed from Buddha’s teaching to cultivate a safe space for the retreat community. This has made our retreats so transformative because you start seeing the truth; the truth is inside you and the nature. We mainly provide you a platform for you to regain your self-healing power and your confidence for life. You will also learn more about yourself with Ayurveda workshop in this retreat. We will conduct self-assessment to understand your current imbalances prior to our retreat to tailor made each Yoga class to suit the group’s needs. Meals
We offer vegetarian food according to Ayurveda diet suggestions. If you have special deit restriction, please inform us and we will arrange for you. Ayurveda also recommends seasonal fasting on liquid if you wish to detox and fast 1-2 dinners.
