What’s special about Level 1 3D2N silent retreat?
This is a retreat where we offer anyone who aims to unplug, still and find peace within the heart. This is also a retreat that is designed based on Ayurveda wisdoms where you’ll be able to connect with your mind and body in a safe space. We offer individual rooms to everyone so you can find time to rest and take the advantage of the serenity, nature and quietness from the retreat house.
You will also learn more about your own Ayurveda body type, personality, and current imbalances to feel the most benefits from your stay. Each class is crafted carefully to suit majority of the group. An introduction to Ayurveda will also be explained in our first welcoming circle to set your intention for this retreat.
COVID-19 Measures: Your Safety is our priority
We’ll ask everyone to sign a health declaration form upon arrival and temperature intake. Daily temperature checks will be conducted. We’ll practice Yoga with a min 1.5Ms apart and maximise the outdoor spaces for activities when weather permits. We’ll minimise any hands-on adjustments and no physical contacts will be allowed between participants. We ensure sufficient social distancing during meals time. Masks are required in all indoors classes unless advised otherwise according to latest HK SAR GOV regulations. All rooms and halls will be sanitised before your arrival. We continue to monitor any latest development of the epidemic and limit the # of participants when needed.

Food
We serve simple & delicious vegetarian food throughout the stay prepared with love by the retreat house. If you have special dietary requests (Vegan, Gluten-free, Soy-free..,etc), you may bring your food and store in the kitchen during your stay.
