[周末分享會] 廚餘變沃土：零廢廚房日常

廚餘不一定要成為垃圾。在這場實用分享中，LO/Waste Circle 將介紹蚯蚓堆肥，分享如何在家中把日常廚餘轉化為有用資源。你將聽到照顧家居蚯蚓箱的經驗和入門要點：蚯蚓可以吃甚麼、如何建立合適的生活環境、如何照顧蚯蚓箱，以及如何運用富含養分的蚯蚓糞滋養家居植物。分享亦會探討減少廚餘的簡單習慣，讓堆肥融入都市日常生活。

無論你是初次認識家居堆肥、正考慮設置蚯蚓箱，還是希望實踐更低廢的生活方式，這場分享都會提供貼近日常、可實踐的靈感，讓廚餘獲得第二次生命。

LO/Waste Circle 由 JupYeah 執嘢共同創辦人 Ren Wan 策劃，透過不同形式的聚會，連結關心低廢生活、氣候與永續議題的人。我們在交流與共同學習中，重新思考日常選擇，一起探索更關顧彼此與地球的生活方式。Ren 擁有豐富的傳訊及社區項目經驗，致力將環保理念轉化為貼近日常的實踐。

[Weekend Sharing] LO/WASTE CIRCLE: Scraps to Soil

Food scraps do not have to end up as waste. In this practical sharing session, LO/Waste Circle introduces worm composting as an accessible way to turn everyday kitchen scraps into a valuable resource at home. Drawing from her own experience of setting up and maintaining a home wormery, you will be familiarised with the essentials of getting started: what worms can eat, how to create a healthy habitat, how to care for a worm bin, and how to use nutrient-rich worm castings to support household plants. The session will also explore simple habits for reducing food waste and making composting fit into daily urban living. Whether you are new to composting, considering a wormery for your home, or looking for practical low-waste habits, this session offers realistic, hands-on ideas for giving food scraps a second life.

Speaker Bio: LO/Waste Circle

Initiated and curated by JupYeah co-founder Ren Wan, LO/Waste Circle brings people together to explore low-waste living, climate and sustainability. Through meaningful exchange and shared learning, it invites us to rethink everyday choices and explore ways of living that care for both people and the planet. An experienced communications and community-project practitioner, Ren endeavours to translate environmental ideas into everyday action.
