Event Description: The idea is to introduce a high-level framework called OpenCLAW, covering Open models, Closed frontier models, Local/private AI, Agentic assistants and Workflow integration. In Hong Kong, OpenCLAW can also be remembered as “龍蝦”. The session will relate this to surveying, construction and real estate practice, including document review, project communication, due diligence, procurement, reporting and governed AI workflows. The focus will be on how surveyors can use AI productively while managing confidentiality, professional judgement, compliance and human sign-off.
