- This event is in-person with limited places available.

- Multi-booking or walk-in on the day is not allowed.

- Should the event status need to be changed/cancelled, we will communicate with all parties as soon as possible.

- All participants shall arrange their own transport to the venue.

- No insurance policy will be arranged for the participants by RICS, members may consider taking out their own insurance policy to cover their own risks.
