Silver Cottage 1933 draws inspiration from Hanyuan peppercorns, the most representative and top-grade spice in Sichuan cuisine. Through the deconstruction of peppercorn elements, the aroma and numbing sensation of peppercorns are incorporated into the dishes. This dinner is also accompanied by "Kweichow Zhenjiu" to create a unique Sichuan flavor expression with oriental soy sauce aroma.
