18-Hour Level 2 Aerial Yoga Teacher Training

This 18-hour aerial yoga teacher training programme is catered to experienced yoga teacher or yoga practitioners (not necessarily yoga teacher) who wish to advance their practices or teaching. In this level 2 aerial training, we will do level 1 aerial training review and enhancement, followed by learning new aerial tricks and asanas. Advanced aerial yoga and transition will be included. We will also learn how to teach more complex and advanced Aerial Yoga classes. You are able to refine your teaching skills, find more depth and detail to revitalize your classes. Anatomy and correct alignment will be taught.

One Yoga offers this programme hoping to grow our community of committed yoga practitioners. Our goal is to empower those who are dedicated to his/her personal practice through the sharing of knowledge, skills and tools we have learned in our journey; so that you too can be a teacher.

- Level 1 Aerial Yoga revision

- Guiding Principles of Aerial Yoga

- Aerial Yoga Anatomy

- Advanced Aerial Yoga Asanas & Tricks

- Aerial Yoga Alignment

- Advanced Aerial Yoga Mini Sequence

- Art of Sequencing

- Teaching skills & practicum

Certification

Upon graduation you will be awarded a certification of completion with which you can register with Yoga Alliance as continuing education.

Requirement

Applicants should have at least 3 months of regular yoga practice and prepare to commit to regular self-practice during the programme.
