越癌越愛：以韌性與幽默抗癌之旅

當癌症遇上旅行，是及時行樂還是任性妄為？由七位80、90後癌友組成的「4仔旅行團」，用行動給出答案——他們以幽默化解恐懼，以韌性對抗逆境，在疾病中唱遊大世界，看透生死，活出沒有遺憾的人生。

本次對談，他們將坦誠分享如何用「自嘲」解構病痛標籤，在淚水中笑看風浪；如何將「脆弱」化為力量，重奪生活的自主權；如何以「夥伴關係」打破孤島，築起同行的支持網絡。這不僅是一場關於疾病的對話，更是關於如何改變心態正視生老病死。邀請你一起走近他們的故事，見證「四仔精神」 的幽默，如何以韌性改寫絕境的定義。

When cancer meets travel, is it seizing the moment or acting recklessly? Formed by seven cancer fighters born in the '80s and '90s, the 'travel with 4 jai' group offers an answer through their actions. With humor to dissolve fear and resilience to face adversity, they journey across the world amidst illness, gaining profound insights into life and death and living a life without regrets.

In this talk, they will openly share how they use self-deprecating humor to dismantle the stigmas of illness, laughing through the tears and challenges. They will discuss how they transform vulnerability into strength, reclaiming control over their lives. They will also explore how building partnerships breaks the isolation of illness, creating a supportive network of companions.

This is not just a conversation about disease but an opportunity to change perspectives on life, aging, illness, and death. You’re invited to hear their stories and witness how the "4 Jai" spirit redefines adversity with humor and resilience.

「帶著cancer去旅行，組成地獄旅行團？」4仔旅行團由7位80、90後堅強的癌症病友組成，成員包括負責計劃行程的Niko、氣氛擔當Clark、熱愛拍照打卡的R小姐；有毒舌得來說話又啜核的LamK；才華結他手Teriver；癌症資訊網代表Jasmine；還有已經去了天國旅行的樂天開心果Tiffany。

"Traveling with cancer, forming a 'hell travel group'?" The "4Jai Travel Group" consists of seven resilient cancer patients born in the 80s and 90s. The members include Niko, who is in charge of planning the itinerary; Clark, the group’s mood booster; Ms. R, who loves taking photos and checking in at scenic spots; LamK, who is sharp-tongued yet hilariously witty; Teriver, a talented guitarist; Jasmine, a representative from a cancer information network; and Tiffany, the cheerful and optimistic soul who has now embarked on her journey to heaven.

Neda 是一位熱衷於推動健康平等的倡導者，以其以人為本的社區健康理念而廣受認可。她擁有二十年的豐富經驗，致力於支持受愛滋病、青少年懷孕、癌症和罕見疾病影響的人群。Neda 積極推動健康政策的改變，並開創了創新的服務模式，打破歧視，促進包容性。她目前正在倫敦熱帶醫學院攻讀全球健康政策的研究生課程，並擔任香港一家領先的愛滋病機構的策略與發展總監一職。

Neda is a passionate health equity advocate recognized for her humanistic approach to community well-being. With twenty years of diverse experience supporting people affected by HIV/AIDS, teenage pregnancy, cancer and rare diseases, she has driven health policy change and developed innovative service models that break down stigma and foster inclusion. Neda is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Global Health Policy at the London School of Tropical Medicine and serves as Director of Strategy and Development at a leading HIV/AIDS organization in Hong Kong.
