米飯班煮：永續飯團親子工作坊

每一口飯，都是土地的禮物。每一頓飯，成為了成長的回憶🍚。誠邀你與孩子一同認識稻米的故事，並用日本梯田米親手製作「感恩飯團」，培養 #惜食 意識。

在日本佐渡島兼職農夫的港人Eummie聯同PMQ味道圖書館呈獻「米飯班煮」活動企劃，帶來融合自然教育的美味體驗。工作坊先由故事劇場開始追溯稻米的旅程，從插秧到收割🌾，分享日本農夫的智慧，了解不同米的品種，更透過互動環節探索梯田生態中的 #多樣生物 🐸🦎。其後，大小朋友來一起煮飯，共同學習製作飯團的技巧，如何品嚐米的滋味，好好吃飯。

"Every grain of rice is a gift from earth." Join Eummie, a Hong Kong native and part-time farmer in Sado Island Japan, for a special series in collaboration with PMQ Taste Library that shares the precious taste of rice.

In this workshop, families are invited to make "gratitude onigiri" together—a delicious way to cultivate mindfulness around food. The journey begins with an immersive story-theatre that follows the life cycle of rice while sharing timeless farming wisdom. Participants will explore the vibrant ecosystem of terraced paddies, before diving into a hands-on session to master cooking perfect rice and shaping heartfelt onigiri.

Each participant will take home a 300g pack of premium Japanese rice as a special souvenir, extending the warmth of this experience to your everyday meals.

5. PMQ味道圖書館會員須在報到時出示會員證號碼，方能享有會員票價優惠。PMQ Taste Library members must show their membership number at the event reception to enjoy the ticket discount.

6. 如報名人士未能出席活動，不論任何原因，PMQ不會作出任何退款，報名人士所繳費用亦不予發還，相關費用亦不能用作其它用途。PMQ will not issue any refunds shall the participant can no longer attend the event. The ticket fee cannot be transferred for other usage.
