Alia has been the CEO of Mother’s Choice for 9 years. Mother’s Choice is an HK-based not for profit organisation that supports disadvantaged young people in HK, many without families. She has a Doctorate in Law from Georgetown University, Washington, USA.

Merel Nieuwkerk | Regional Talent Manager @ Rabobank Asia

Merel is the HK-based regional Talent Manager Asia for Rabobank, a European headquartered bank with strong roots in supporting the food & agricultural sector globally. She is passionate about facilitating personal and organisational growth through learning, talent, and leadership development. She holds an MSc from the University of Amsterdam.

Callister Koh | Regional Head of Learning Talent & Leadership Development @HSBC Asia Pacific

Callister is the HK-based Regional Head of Learning, Leadership & talent for HSBC, supporting over 50000 colleagues from India to New Zealand and South Korea to Australia. He studied law at the University of South Wales and speaks 5 languages.

Sam Lau | CEO @ Total Loyalty Company

Sam is an HK-born entrepreneur and thought leader in the area of corporate wellness and employee engagement. He is the founder of Total Loyalty Company, an HR agency that specialises in helping companies of all sizes enjoy happy and healthy workplace culture.

Mathilde Poirieux | President, ICF HK?Charter Chapter

Mathilde is the President of the ICF HK Charter Chapter and an ICF-accredited (PCC) executive coach with Dynamis. She is a coach supervisor, a mentor coach, and has over 20 years of experience in leadership & coaching across Europe & Asia.
