As coaches, we are accompanying clients where they are, and many of them are currently sensing fatigue. Some of them mention they are feeling burned out. HR leaders are sharing concerns with us and we need to be clear on how we chose to handle those situations.
We are gathering to discuss those questions and aim to create clarity for ourselves on how we handle those situations, and what kind of duty-of-care we have.
We also want to ensure as coaches we are mindful of the impact our coaching conversations have on our ability to manage our own burnout; what strategies as coaches are we doing to help ourselves?
