<p>縱觀日本清酒界，清酒類型簡直有如繁星多不勝數，最常見亦有濁酒、古酒、起泡清酒、山廢、原酒、生酒、生原酒等多款引人入勝的類型，而正值初春到盛夏，就不得不提及「生酒」。</p><p>各款清酒類型最大分別乃其生產方式以及口感，有如人一樣，每支都因各自「經歷」而練就出別樹一格的「個性」，而生酒則因為未經歷「火入」工序，生成具有爽快新鮮口感，一股於初春所嚮往的清流。</p><p>今個月29號，MyiCellar將聯同八譽Hayo，繼三月「十四代の後継者達」清酒品鑑會，再一次合作舉辦</p><p>期間限定！ 春節限定「生酒」品鑑會</p><p>屆時將試飲來自「農口尚彦研究所」、「鍋島」、「雅山流」、「鳳凰美田」、「赤武」等知名品牌優質生酒，一同探討各式生酒的獨特色彩以及過人之處。</p><p></p>
