A general introductory course to mental health.

What is Mental Health 101?A foundational introductory course to mental health developed in-house by Mind HK. The course will be delivered by Mind HK trainers with clinical knowledge and experience in the mental health field.Mental Health 101 will cover:<ul><li>Key concepts of mental health</li><li>Common misconceptions and stigma around mental health</li><li>Common mental health challenges: Stress, anxiety and depression</li><li>Self-help tips</li><li>How to seek help in Hong Kong</li></ul>Course detail:<ul><li>Language: English</li><li>Date: 1 December 2025</li><li>Time: 18:00 - 19:00</li><li>Format: Online via Zoom</li></ul>We suggest you take this Mental Health 101 Webinar prior to registering for our Standard Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Course, which is an internationally accredited qualification that provides lay people with practical guidelines and protocols to assess and directly help those experiencing or developing a mental health problem or crisis. Standard MHFA Course already includes a free entry to the Mental Health 101 Webinar. You may register for the Standard MHFA Course directly if you are interested in both courses.
