香港國際攝影節(HKIPF)是兩年一度的攝影展覽，致力於推廣香港攝影藝術文化。Hong Kong International Photo Festival (HKIPF) is a biennial photography exhibition dedicated to promoting photographic art and culture in Hong Kong.

Since the opening of Koon Man Space, the Hong Kong International Photography Festival has been dedicated to celebrating the beauty of photography alongside nature and culture.We are proud to present ‘A Journey Through Kuk Po’ for the ‘Countryside Harvest Festival—Kuk Po Sound, Sight, Taste Fusion Tour,’ organised by the Countryside Conservation Office. Chuen Lung Village exemplifies tradition and vitality, while Kuk Po Village has transformed from decline to cultural regeneration.During the exhibition, artist So Hing Cheung will guide participants through Chuen Lung and Kuk Po Villages. The journey includes tasting traditional Hakka roasted pork and capturing stunning landscapes, with selected works to be showcased at Koon Man Space in March.After 18:30, you have the following options for departure: <ol><li>Book in advance your boat ticket on the<a href="https://kukpofestival.hk" title="https://kukpofestival.hk" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"> festival’s website https://kukpofestival.hk</a> (so you stay longer and enjoy other exciting performances on-site)</li><li>Depart from Kuk Po to Luk Keng with Mr. So Hing Keung (please remember to bring your own flashlight)</li></ol> **If you are interested in joining the opening ceremony of "A stroll through Kuk Po: The beauty of Return" Photography Exhibition, please register via: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfLt0qEhWCge4C1CuVOge-MfNNzlr2VC1kSWhybRzgPiuuNFQ/viewform?usp=sharing For the latest updates, be sure to visit our Instagram and Facebook accounts. <h3>關於鄉郊保育辦公室</h3>鄉郊保育辦公室根據《行政長官 2017年施政報告》公布中，鄉郊保育辦公室（鄉郊辦）於2018年7月底在環境保護署下成立，並於2023年1月1日起由環境及生態局環境科接掌。 鄉郊辦會優先處理及深化荔枝窩的鄉郊復育工作，和推行沙羅洞的生態保育，並且會不時檢視工作的推行和成效，以期逐步把工作推展至其他偏遠鄉郊地區。自鄉郊辦成立以來，其人員已多次前往荔枝窩及沙羅洞作實地視察，聯絡及協調各有關政府部門、非政府機構及持份者（包括村代表、相關鄉事委員會和環保團體等），商討及研究合適的小型改善工程。鄉郊辦會就合適的改善工程建議諮詢鄉郊保育諮詢委員會，以期盡快推展，改善當地的基礎設施。 鄉郊辦將利用政府預留的10億元資金，進行相關的保育及活化工作和小型改善工程。鄉郊辦會利用當中一半資金（即5億元）在非經常開支項目下，成立鄉郊保育資助計劃，支援本地非牟利機構和村民互動協作。鄉郊辦會利用餘下5億元，進行合適的小型改善工程及復育鄉郊現有建築環境。 <h3>About Countryside Conservation Office</h3>Following the announcement in the 2017 Policy Address, the Countryside Conservation Office (CCO) was established under the Environmental Protection Department in end July 2018 and has been transferred to the Environment Branch of the Environment and Ecology Bureau with effect from 1 January 2023. As a priority, the CCO will enhance countryside revitalisation in Lai Chi Wo, as well as ecological conservation in Sha Lo Tung, and will keep under review the implementation of these initiatives and their effectiveness from time to time, with the aim of extending the initiatives progressively to other remote countryside areas. Since the establishment of the CCO, its staff have carried out a number of site inspections in Lai Chi Wo and Sha Lo Tung, and have been liaising and co-ordinating with relevant government departments, non-governmental organisations and stakeholders (including village representatives, the Rural Committees concerned and green groups, etc.) to discuss and examine suitable minor improvement works. The CCO will consult the Advisory Committee on Countryside Conservation about the suitable improvement works proposals, with a view to taking forward the proposals as soon as possible to improve the local infrastructure. The CCO will use the funding of $1 billion earmarked by the Government for undertaking relevant conservation and revitalisation efforts, as well as minor improvement works. The CCO will support collaboration of local non-profit-making organisations and villagers based on an interactive and co-operative approach under the Countryside Conservation Funding Scheme established with half of the $1 billion mentioned above, i.e. $500 million, under a non-recurrent account. The CCO will spend the remaining $500 million on suitable minor improvement works and rehabilitation of the existing architectural environment in the countryside. <h3>關於香港國際攝影節</h3>香港國際攝影節始於二〇一〇年，每屆舉辦不同主題展覽，將攝影世界具獨特性、創造性的名字，以及值得關注的視覺文化思潮引入香港。同時，透過不同公眾活動，搭建香港與世界攝影文化的溝通平台，借影像呈現不同文化歷史議題，審視不同社會人文狀況，促進跨越地區與領域的對話。在2024年5月，香港國際攝影節開設了「貫文空間」，這是一個以社區為本的攝影文藝空間，位於荃灣川龍村一所翻新校舍。 香港國際攝影節由香港攝影文化協會主辦，協會為根據《稅務條例》獲確認豁免缴稅資格之慈善團體，如捐款逾港幣100元者需要收據，請電郵 info@hkipf.org.hk 與我們聯繫。 *香港攝影文化協會為藝發局資助團體 <h3>About Hong Kong International Photo Festival</h3>Hong Kong International Photo Festival (HKIPF) was launched in 2010. In each edition, the Festival focuses on a different theme, bringing together local and overseas photographers to discuss manifold issues and perspectives. Through a wide range of public programmes, the Festival promotes creative practices as a means to deepen our connection to the environments we live in and the people we live with. In May 2024, HKIPF opened Koon Man Space, a centre for learning and experimentation through photography housed in a refurbished school house in Chuen Lung Village, Tsuen Wan. HKIPF’s activities are organised by the Hong Kong Photographic Culture Association, a tax-exempt charity under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance. All donations received will form part of the funding support under the Art Development Matching Grants Scheme of the Home Affairs Bureau.
