「男港出口」是一個由新常態慈善推出的免費男士心理健康朋輩支援小組，其英文譯名為「Boy’s Talk」。這個名稱代表著我們男士共同走過的旅程：希望男士們支持彼此的心理健康，我們明白到男士在香港面對的壓力，也不容易「開口」說出來，一群男士能支持和明白彼此，讓我們在「男講出口」的道路上，找到男士們的出口。 作為一個朋輩支援小組，我們的目的旨在提供一個安全空間讓朋輩分享個人掙扎並互相支持。 我們歡迎參加者前來聆聽，但這不是一個觀察的空間​​。 您應該以個人身份參與朋輩支援，除非獲得慈善機構的書面同意，否則朋輩支援小組並不會為學生、心理健康工作從業員或新聞報導作出貢獻。（如機構/媒體有任何疑問，可請直接聯絡我們）注意請注意我們的會議地點已從灣仔 The Hive 的 9 樓移至 22 樓。 請到 22 樓會議室加入朋輩支援小組。簡介：我們很興奮向大家宣布本機構首個以廣東話主導的男士心理健康朋輩支援小組！歡迎香港男士一起加入，在這裏分享經歷、彼此鼓勵，互相支持，聆聽陪伴。關於活動：這個免費朋輩支援小組的目的是幫助香港男士面對在心理健康、情緒健康、家庭難題方面的挑戰。我們了解在香港能夠尋找男士的心理支援及其相關的資源有限。正因如此，我們更加深信以廣東話小組作為支援男士的渠道，透過這個計劃，我們希望致力為大家提供相關的支持和協助。主題：朋輩支援：在一個包容、無批判的環境中，分享個人故事、所面對的挑戰及如何走過困境等等⋯⋯並同時從他人的經歷中獲得啟發。社區共融：我們致力建立一個強大的支持網絡，並建立新的人際關係。跟志同道合的大家擴展我們的圈子，攜手共同向前路出發。自我關懷：從他人身上學習有效的自我關懷方法。聆聽陪伴：希望男士們在小組內聆聽別人的經歷，彼此陪伴。適合人士：我們的免費男士支援小組歡迎任何正在尋找支援、理解及社群的廣東話男士。不論你是否掙扎於精神健康的挑戰、經歷悲傷或失落，或者你希望提升自我關懷的技巧，學習聆聽陪伴別人。我們都歡迎你參與「男港出口」。我們期待在「男港出口」中與你相見！ 男港出口 (naam4 gong2 cheut1 hau2), our newly launched Cantonese men’s mental health peer support group, translates to "Boys Talk" in English. It represents a collective path where men and individuals with compassionate hearts come together to support one another’s mental well-being. We realised that the pressure men face is not easy and it is hard to speak out, men can support and understand each other to find the way out in our journey. Description:We are excited to announce our first-ever Cantonese Men’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Group! Join us in a supportive space where Hong Kongers can come together to share experiences and encourage and support others.About the Event:This free men’s peer support group aims to address the unique challenges faced by men in Hong Kong when it comes to mental health and life. We understand the limited availability of accessible resources for people to find mental support in Hong Kong. This is precisely why we firmly believe in the importance of offering support in Cantonese through our initiative. The group sessions will provide a warm and empathetic environment where participants can connect with others who share similar experiences. We will explore various topics related to mental health and well-being through open discussions.Highlights:Peer Support: Share personal stories, challenges, and triumphs in a non-judgmental space, and gain insights from others who have faced similar situations.Nurturing Community: Build a strong support network, foster new relationships, and expand your community with like-minded individuals.Self-Care Strategies: Learn from others about what worked for them.Listening and accompanying: Every man in the group can listen and accompany each other.Who Should Attend:This free support group is open to men who speak Cantonese and seek support, understanding, and community. Whether you are struggling with mental health issues, experiencing grief or loss, going through life challenges or simply looking to enhance your coping skills, this group welcomes individuals at any stage of their journey.
