Come celebrate International Day weekend with Tryphena at Sweaty Betty! This Sunday morning practice will be a traditional Hatha based class which is slower in pace &amp; more suitable for beginners. Yoga mats will be provided by Sweaty Betty. :)ALL proceeds from the class will be donated to Yoga Gives Back. A foundation that supports women &amp; children in India. https://yogagivesback.org
