一年容易又團圓 ｜中秋食乜好嘢: 上海人點過中秋？

去年在Erikson的帶領下，大家愉快地親手整作了充滿愛心的上海月餅，渡過了歡樂的中秋節。今年，Erikson將再與大家一起整作充滿特色的上海月餅，把他家鄉的中秋傳統與大家分享。 很多香港家庭，祖輩來自中國的不同地域,帶來各自的節日習俗,多元紛呈,落地生根。 單單是中秋月餅，作法和口味已有廣式、蘇式、京式...等等之分,滋味大千，不拘一格，無論餅中為何餡，包滿興家團聚的寓意和嚮往。 Erikson將分享上海口味的鮮肉月餅和豆沙月餅，和大家一起現做現嚐；並與大家用當季的柚子製作柚皮燈籠，沖泡柚子茶飲。 正值月圓之際，相聚一堂，邀你共同回味團圓的記憶、家味的流傳。------------------------------------------日期 :2024 年 9 月 15 日 (日)時間 :2:00 - 4:00pm&nbsp;導師 :丁龑霆 Erikson Ting語言 :廣東話 備註:1. 完成報名登記的人士，即表示已閱覽及同意<a href="https://drive.google.com/file/d/1AcISeDDOFaxFYb_-ceGdWWqLK8gpj_yl/view" title="https://drive.google.com/file/d/1AcISeDDOFaxFYb_-ceGdWWqLK8gpj_yl/view" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">報名程序、條款及細則，以及惡劣天氣安排</a>。2. 此工作坊適合15歲或以上人士參與。3. 此工作坊將以粵語進行。(可提供英文翻譯 English translation is available if needed)4. 此工作坊參加者可獲 PMQ 味道圖書館即日通行證一張（價值HK$50）。5.
