*由即日起，除獲豁免人士外*，所有參加者必須使用「安心出行」流動應用程式掃描場所二維碼進入建造業議會範圍。

*所有參加者必須根據疫苗通行證接種指定劑量疫苗，除非能出示有效醫學豁免證明。如有任何爭議，零碳天地擁有最終決定權。

*豁免人士包括十二歲以下和六十五歲或以上的人士，以及使用「安心出行」有困難的殘疾人士。

Duration : 120 mins

Quota: 15 pax

Eligibility: Age 6 or above (Aged under 12 shall be accompanied by adult)

Registration Fee : HKD$180

*No refunds on workshop fees paid will be made (including absentee ) under any circumstances . Participants will be notified of further arrangement should the workshop be rescheduled or cancelled .

*Accurate participant ’s details for registration is required.

*All participants will need to take a screening procedure upon arrival which include temperature checking as well as filling up a health declaration form, also, all participants are required to wear face mask before entering CIC premises. Participants have a body temperature higher than 37 degrees celsius and/or not wearing face mask will not allowed to join the activity.

*Starting from now on, except for exempted persons*, all members of the public will be required to use the LeaveHomeSafe application to scan the venue QR code before they are allowed to enter the CIC premises.

*Participants must have received a certain amount of doses of vaccines, according to Vaccine Pass Policy, except those exempted on medical grounds. Regarding any dispute arising from the Workshop, the decision of ZCB shall be final and binding.

*Exempted persons including persons aged below 12 and aged 65 or above, and those with disabilities that render use of the application difficult.

All participants are required to wear face mask at all times except the participant is doing exercise within any outdoor sports premises, or when the participant (other than a coach or a person working at the premises) within any indoor sports premises is doing exercise with a distance of at least 1.5 metres from any other participant or is doing certain exercise; each group must consist of no more than two persons; there must be at least 1.5 metres between each group.

3. 建造綠色工作坊 - 小小治癒積木生態缸 「活動」由零碳天地主辦「主辦單位」。

Construction Green Workshop -DIY Mini Desktop Aquarium Workshop("the Event") is organized by Zero Carbon Building ("ZCB").

4. 工作坊名額有限，報名以先到先得的方式分配，額滿即止。

The Event is under first-come-first-serve basis due to limited quota.

5. 參加者須具備良好的身體健康狀況，並聲明自願參加是次活動和願意承擔自身的意外風險及責任。

Participants shall be physically fit. Participants shall declare to participate the Event voluntarily and entirely at his/her own risk and responsibility.

6. 參加者須遵守所有由主辦單位提出之活動規例及當日之臨時安排及決定。

Participants shall accept and follow the Terms & Conditions for Activities and Events, and all other rules and regulations which may be adopted by the Organizer on the day of the Event.

7. 如有任何爭議，零碳天地擁有最終決定權。

Regarding any dispute arising from the Workshop, the decision of ZCB shall be final and binding.

8. 本條款的中英文版本如有歧義，概以英文版本為準。

In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
