Description

“Design is not just about what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works.” - Steve Jobs

To make it specific, it is how the product or service works to satisfy the users’ needs. But all back to the beginning, you first have to know what the users’ true needs are.

Many entrepreneurs interpret their roles as engineers. They market a great product based on its extraordinary attributes, great specifications, and outstanding appearances. However, what is negligible is how the design actually aligns with their customers’ needs.

Are you pondering how to get innovative ideas? Own any ideas yet not knowing which customer segment to target on? Do you really understand what your customer segment really wants?

Design Thinking is a set of tools that emphasizes empathy beyond solving a problem. It gathers everyone’s knowledge and insights to achieve the following:

1. Brainstorm practical ideas in a systematic way (confirm idea)

2. Precisely identify product/service-corresponded target (confirm target)

3. Clearly define the direction to problem-solving (verify needs)
