Elspeth recognises the importance of sharing mindfulness with warmth, curiosity and humour.Following a fulfilling career in HR Resourcing in the construction and energy sectors for 16 years, she experienced a period of quite intense loss, and decided to take time out to focus on family. It was during this time that she discovered the power of mindfulness practice and the value of living life with meaning and purpose.Elspeth holds a Mindfulness Teaching qualification in the Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC) with Shamash Alidina's Teach Mindfulness Academy, accredited by the Complementary Medical Association (CMA). She also holds a Level 2 Diploma in Integral Sound Healing for Groups with the Sound Healing Academy.
