Submit refund request

As a first step, check with your event creator to ask for a refund. If they're unable to offer a refund or an experience of similar value, you can submit a refund request here if:

Your event was cancelled within the last 45 days AND

You purchased your ticket before March 15th AND

The event was scheduled to take place between 15 March 2020 and 15 October 2020 AND

Your purchase was transacted by Eventbrite Payment Processing using a method other than SEPA, iDEAL, or Bancontact
