The CMA Australia is kind enough to make their venue available for this seminar, where GFM Group presents an extended version of its presentation delivered at the Asia Investment Banking Conference on comparing, evaluating, and replicating hedge fund strategies by the numbers. This seminar assumes no previous experience with or knowledge of hedge funds, but even those who have worked with or invested in hedge funds for years may still learn something from this seminar about how different strategies compare in practice and ways of replicating them.

Attendees of the entire 2-hour seminar will receive a certificate of attendance which their firms may choose to apply to their continuing professional training (CPT / CPD / CPE) credit for the year.

About the presenters:
Tariq Dennison is a partner at GFM Group, and has previously worked at Société Générale, CIBC, JP Morgan, Bear Stearns, Commerzbank, Microsoft and Accenture in San Francisco, New York, Toronto, London and Hong Kong. He regularly speaks and writes on a wide variety of topics in financial markets.

Anand Batepati is a partner at GFM Group, and has over 18 years of financial markets experience including work at Rabobank, HSBC, Bear Stearns, JP Morgan, and the World Bank in Washington DC, New York, London and Hong Kong.

GFM Training, part of GFM Group, delivers hands-on events and training workshops with the mission of helping finance professionals increase productivity and reduce risk. Attendees have represented private banks, asset managers, trading desks, corporate treasuries, family offices, accounting and law firms and insurance companies. GFM also offers independent research, consulting, and expert witness services on asset-liability management, risk modeling, derivatives and portfolio optimization.
