This half-day workshop is designed for people who are new to SmartShare Online. Get started with the basics! SmartShare Online makes it easy and affordable to manage, access and share your important documents responsively for business continuity. As someone who uses (or is about to use) SmartShare Online, you need to know how to get your important documents in there. Our simple 3 step setup will help you to enjoy instant boost of productivity. It comes with industry standard folder templates based on over 15 years proven best practices. This workshop takes you through all those things to help you get comfortable finding your way around SmartShare Online.
1. FINDING YOUR WAY AROUND (Interface Overview, Navigation, Search)

Course Instructor: John Kwong
John Kwong is CEO of ParaDM and a pioneering member of ParaDM with over 15 years of experience in the fields of imaging, content management and business process management solutions. John’s focus is in helping people understand the business capability and productivity gains that SmartShare Online and related technologies can provide. John received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Windsor of Canada and earned his EMBA Degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
A general familiarity with using a browser such as Internet Explorer and the basics of using Office would be advantageous, but not essential.
