3. The Organizing Committee of this event reserves the rights to change the contents, venue and/or time as may be necessary.
4. The seminar in the evening will be cancelled if typhoon signal No. 8 or above OR black rainstorm warning remains hoisted after
(or is announced by the Hong Kong Observatory to be hoisted at/after) 11:45 a.m. You will be notified of the re-scheduling
arrangement as soon as possible.
